It will provide you an opportunity to “show
off” your goods and services to camp
professionals representing more than 100
camps and youth development programs throughout
our section composed of six states: Alabama,
Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi
and Tennessee!

at the same time.
Attending this conference will be the people
who make purchase decisions for their camps:
owners, directors, administrators and officers.
This is a unique way for you to be a part
of this event.
This is something
different from the typical exhibit hall
situation. This conference
will be small and personal so that you
can really communicate and secure new contacts.
As a sponsor you have several choices in
your level of involvement. You
are invited to sponsor a special event
or keynote speaker. You can attend
the entire conference along with our attendees
and you can offer an informational workshop
that could highlight your company. You
can set up your exhibit anytime from Monday
afternoon through Wednesday morning as
you visit with our members in or near the
busy conference area. Or you can
simply send printed information that we
will distribute or display for you. Details
on the registration form below.
Space is limited! We are accepting
only a small number of sponsors in order
to insure that it is worth your time and
effort. Space will be allocated according
to the order of registrations received
and according to the type of product offered.
We will do our best to not create any conflict
of interest between sponsors. We
will communicate often and do our best
to meet your needs.
